All prices are displayed on product pages in USD. Taxes, shipping costs, and customs duties are not included unless otherwise stated.

Payment Timing

Shipping & Delivery
* Processing Time: Orders are processed and packed within 3–5 business days.
* Shipping Time: International delivery via DHL Express typically takes 5–10 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Returns & Refunds
* Return Request Period: Within 14 days of delivery date.
* Return Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer (using a trackable shipping service).
* Restocking Fee: 15% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount (except for damaged or defective items).
* Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
* Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
