Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all boxes, manuals, and accessories).

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns.
This fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged or defective.

Items that show signs of use, missing original packaging, or returned without prior authorization are non-returnable.

1. Contact us at info@shopsakurajapan.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the item.
2. Once approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.
3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Import duties and taxes paid at destination are non-refundable through us.
• Unauthorized returns or items returned damaged due to improper return packaging will not be accepted.
